How it works?

Basically just do the same as I do by myself, 

use your hands along with video, think and google when I confront an issue or thought.

The only difference when there are more people that just myself, it goes pair/mob programming!

 

 

Who you gonna work with?

Supposing people can be

a) learn Rails again with tutorial

b) learn Rails for first time with exp in other web platform

c) learn web development with Rails

d) who are on client-side

e) who is not in web but willing to

f) with no web knowledge

g) little knowledge

h) with good programming knowledge 

i) know Rails well but just interested or wanting to help

j) learn something by English by hands-on

 

 

Where or how to call for people?

a) conpass

b) conpass

c) design系に声かける　ー　どこ？

d) 素人のひと　学生？

e) 学生？　多ジャンルのひと

f) しごとか趣味でソフトさわってるひと

g) conpass or 知ってる人に声かけてみる、一応お知らせだけでも

h) 英語で情報出してみる　普段英語で生活してるひと　英語でなにかをするのに興味を持ってるひと

イベントも週１くらいでする

勉強したことを整理したり、さらに深入りして調べたこと・疑問などをシェア

live codingする　railstutorialのどこかを抜き出して、そこをpair/mob-programmingする遠隔でも上のそれぞれに参加できるよう方向で考えとく
